Troubleshooting

• Confirm the workspace is active and the target landing is published.
• Use the platform origin for inline iframe snippets unless a documented custom-domain path is intended.
• Check that contractor site CSP allows the RoofKit embed iframe origin.
• Confirm roofkit-embed.js is loaded from the RoofKit origin and not rewritten by a script optimizer.
• Verify deep-link values against the active catalog before reporting a broken preselection.
• Use /api/docs for Partner API endpoint, schema, and auth details.

If a deep link does not preselect an option, check values in order: brand, material, shape, then color. A rejected earlier value can intentionally drop later selections.
