Understand material ids, shape keys, color ids, library slugs, and how active libraries affect public choices.
Catalog values
- material identifies the public material family, such as shingles, metal, or tiles.
- shape identifies the selected material profile when that material requires a profile.
- color identifies a public color available after material and shape filtering.
- brand scopes the public catalog to an active color library before choices are resolved.
Library scope
A library is available publicly only when it is enabled for the workspace and active for the roofer. Deep links should use values from that active public scope.
